Voter Outreach Help!!!

|
Last year the CUSD teachers were very helpful in doing outreach for TFIN at the library.

However, this year Hoi and I are working on a voter outreach campaign to increase voter registration or vote by mail.

Could you see if any of the teachers would be interested in doing this type of outreach?

If interested then there will be volunteer voter registration opportunites at the Silicon Valley Fall Festival on 9/25 and 9/26.  However, we need volunteers.

Teachers can sign-up at the  online sigh-up sheet.

Regards,
-Linda Sell

Silicon Valley Fall Festival at Memorial Park - Cupertino

Cost: Free
Date: 09/25 Saturday - 09/26 Sunday

Sat-Sun: 10am-5pm

The Silicon Valley Fall Festival is an evolution of the very successful Cupertino Jubilee and Fall Festival that has been held for the past five years. This year the festival will significantly expand its scope with the addition of a partnership with the World Journal, the largest Chinese language newspaper in the Bay Area, adding significant additional attendees through its broad community outreach.

This fun and educational community event features health, education, and safety information, including emergency preparedness (CERT), healthy eating, and educational opportunities. It also features the Keep it Green Environmental Fair with solar products, CFL and LED lighting, alternative fuel and electric vehicles. Don't miss the cultural fair section with a sister cities booths, country booths, and an art show. There will be a Kids Fun Zone too, including children's and family entertainment, bounce houses and other children's activities, interactive crafts booths, and food and beverages.
