How you can help with Their Future Is Now! 

Their Future Is Now group needs volunteers for an information table at the Cupertino Library. The table will be manned during the library hours on Saturdays and Sundays, from now until May 15th. The goal of this group is to raise $3,000,000.00 which will only be used to lower class size in 1st-3rd grades saving teaching positions. CUSD teachers can help by letting  parents know how the cuts will directly affect the learning environments at our schools.

This is how it works: 

1. Got to: www.mysignup.com/tfin-library Sign-up for a two hour slot.

2. During your shift, you will be handing out informational cards and flyers to patrons of the libraryand talking about the teacher perspective on the lay-offs. Talking points will be on the flyer and youmay add your own perspective as well. 

3. A parent from the group will be with you. 

4. It would be helpful to have all the teachers help out! This would go a long ways for team buildingbetween the teachers and community. It would also help the community understand the teacher'sneeds and concerns. This will save jobs!!!!!!!!!
