You have, no doubt, been reading and/or seeing the unspeakable horrors going on in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and elsewhere in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

I have learned from Jim Clark that the NEA has set up a special relief fund designed to get financial assistance to our teacher and classified members in the affected areas as quickly as possible.
